We love everything about the Pine Knoll Shores area except for the drinking water. Our first experience with morning coffee was a bit surprising. We could not drink it. Bill has successfully managed our entire water situation. He installed a water softener; he installed a water filtration system and installed a tank- less hot water system. He also moved some other plumbing to yield more room. The plan was great. His team installed all the systems professionally and neatly. His prices were in line with his competitors.
