Soft Water Solutions, LLC was founded by Bill Johnson, a respected member of our community whose decades of experience and genuine care earned the trust of homeowners across the county and beyond.
Following his passing, his daughter, Kate Johnson, and son, Will Johnson along with longtime partner, Sybil Britt remain dedicated to providing reliable, high quality water solutions to Carteret County and surrounding counties. Bill was in the water treatment business serving Morehead City and eastern North Carolina for the past 49 years. Bill, along with Sybil, opened Soft Water Solutions, LLC. in 2012 in an effort to keep pricing for water softeners, water filtration, and reverse osmosis purification systems at an affordable cost to the community. We continue to service customers that purchased systems over 40 years ago. All our customers enjoy friendly and professional on time service.
