Kate and Will, along with Sybil, are part of the Johnson family business. Will has been through extensive training and has become licensed by the parent company WaterCare, Inc. in Appleton, Wisconsin in order to provide the highest quality of service as the local WaterCare Dealer for Eastern NC, doing business as Soft Water Solutions, LLC.
Kate serves as our Customer Service Manager and Sales Expert.
